We’re changing our name!

Welcome Slumber One users. We’re in the process of changing our name from Slumber One to Stellar Sleep.

Our domain name, app name, and email address will all be changing to Stellar Sleep. Any old Slumber One email addresses, domains, and app installations will continue to work for the next 1 year (until October 5, 2023).

If you’re an existing individual Slumber One customer, there’s nothing else that you need to do. Your app will automatically update and change its name to Stellar Sleep, and any links you’ve bookmarked will continue to work. The Slumber One support email address will also continue to work for the next year (until October 5, 2023), and we’ll send you reminders to switch to our new Stellar Sleep support email if you’re still using the old one.

If you’re an organizational customer of Slumber One, please direct all your questions to your account manager. The Slumber One app will automatically update for your users, and your users’ sign-up page and support portal pages will all automatically redirect to the right Stellar Sleep page. There is no action needed from your end. If you have listed Slumber One in your benefits portal or employee portal, please change the name and logo to the new Stellar Sleep name and logo. Your account manager should be in touch with instructions on how to make those updates and can assist you with any technical issues.

If you’re a new customer, there’s also nothing you need to do! You’ll automatically be directed to install the Stellar Sleep app, and all the information you receive will be up to date.
